Return/ Exchange Policy

We hope you absolutely love your purchase.  But if you aren't completely happy with it, we are here to help!

For damages please notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving your shipment so we can fix that for you! Our emails sometime go to your junk folder, so be sure to check junk/spam! 

We have a few options for Returns / Exchanges:

Purchases made through

Please note we only accept returns on new, unwashed, unworn, undamaged clothing.

Any items marked as "FINAL SALE" can not be returned or exchanged! 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept returns for a refund within 15 days of receiving your purchase. Please initiate a return request by emailing, with the item or items that are needing a return label. We will invoice you for the return label (be sure to check junk/ spam folder)  & when the product is received back to our warehouse, you will receive a refund for the returned item(s)!

If you are local to our storefront, we will accept returns at this location for an in store credit to Mercantile On Broadway, our storefront located in Sylacauga, AL. 

Purchases made through Instagram DMs:

If you DM us on Instagram to make a purchase, and we send you an invoice, these items are being fulfilled through our storefront, not on our online warehouse. The storefront uses a different Point of Sale system, which does not have the capability to issue refunds for invoiced purchases. We are only able to issue store credit within 15 days of receipt for these purchases!

Any items marked as "FINAL SALE" can not be returned or exchanged!
