Please note we only accept returns on new, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, scent free clothing.
Any items marked as "FINAL SALE" can not be returned or exchanged!
If you are unhappy with your online purchase, we will accept returns for a refund/exchange within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please initiate a return request by logging into your customer account at shopthemerc.com and selecting "Request Return". Once your return is approved, we will email you a return label. We will issue a refund for the returned items once the items are received. Please note an $8 flat rate shipping charge will be deducted from the refund for the cost of the return shipping label.
