How do I contact you?

What are your hours?

Our store front in Sylacauga is open Monday- Friday 10-5 and Saturday 10-3!

Our warehouse location is open Monday-Friday 10-5! 

How much is shipping?

We offer FREE shipping for order over $75

Any order under $75 will be calculated by the shipping weight

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

We value your orders and it is important for us to get them shipped out ASAP. If your order is placed Monday-Friday before 2 pm it will ship out same day. Any order placed after 2pm will ship out the next business day! 

 

Will I receive a tracking number for my shipment?

Yes, we will e-mail you a tracking number when your order ships out! 

Where do I send my return?

Any mailed returns will need to be sent to our warehouse location

How do your sizes run?

On each individual item you will have a breakdown of how the sizing of that style runs. Also model sizing breakdown. We always have a team member available to assist you on sizing, for any questions just contact us via social media, email, or phone. 

Do you gift wrap online purchases? If I purchase a gift and ship to the recipient, can you put a note in it for me?

Yes!! We love this feature. If you're buying as a gift just make sure to notate that in the notes when you order. We will make it special for the recipient. 

How do gift cards work?

Our gift cards sold in store are only valid in store. Gift cards for online are only valid online!
