Refund policy

We hope you absolutely love your purchase.  But if you aren't completely happy with it, we are here to help!

For damages please notify us via email returns@shopthemerc.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment so we can fix that for you! Our emails sometime go to your junk folder, so be sure to check junk/spam! 

Purchases made through shopthemerc.com:

Please note we only accept returns on new, unwashed, unworn, undamaged clothing with tags still attached.

Any items marked as "FINAL SALE" can not be returned or exchanged! 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept online returns for a refund within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please initiate a return request by logging into your customer account and selecting "Request Return" in the top right corner. Once your return is approved, we will email you a return label. We will issue a refund for the returned items once they are received. Please note an $8 flat rate shipping charge will be deducted from the refund for the cost of the return shipping label.
